Your rights under the Equality Act 2010
Religion or belief is one of 9 protected characteristics. Direct discrimination, indirect discrimination, harassment and victimisation are all unlawful. Reasonable adjustments for prayer and religious dress are usually expected where they don't cause significant operational difficulty.

ACAS Early Conciliation: 0300 123 1100, free, mandatory before most employment tribunal claims. EHRC (Equality and Human Rights Commission) for systemic cases. Citizens Advice for general help. A trade union if you're a member.
