Why a tenancy clean is different
A standard home clean isn’t the same as a tenancy clean. Letting agents inspect to a published checklist — usually including: oven inside and out, extractor hood and filter, inside cupboards, behind appliances, descaled bathroom, dust-free skirting boards, windows inside, white-goods drawers cleaned.
